Objectives

Context: Automatisch mailen van leveringsbon na het op bon zetten.

DDS en BDA wisten niet dat Admin automatisch een mailtje stuurt. En in de praktijk gebruikt/stuurt men manuele meer gepaste e-mails.

Er is zelfs een aparte mail-tekst voor consumenten die op afhaling staan.

Maar voor consumenten wilt DDS geen automatische mail.�

Te bekomen resultaat is dat er geen automatische mails vertrekken naar consumenten, na het op bon zetten.

�

Betrokkenen op de hoogte te houden: DDS+BDA (gaan samen moeten acceptatietesten).
