Objectives

In het kader van DFS-ondersteuning moet caché soms wachten totdat een file in de DFS-folder "verschijnt/beschikbaar wordt".
In Caché-code vertaald is dat %File.Exists(filepath)
Deze method is dus een uitbreiding hierop, namelijk WaitUntilFileExists()

Er zit helaas geen unittest bij :-/
