[ICT-4648][rvTVE] FOP: DocBase Upgrade - aanpassingen in caché code (FopQueue via webservices) - VhisieDownload - FTP naar iO - LEVBON;FileDoc; - \\cache01\AX.EC\TempDoc\ - Method GetDocumentURL() aangepast voor LeveringDoc : Nu met tussenstap via "\\Notes01\FOP\TempDocForTransfertToAXEC" omdat dit pad compatible is met FOP en DocBase01-PRD. Caché kopieert file dan naar de AX.EC map op Cache01. Verder terug de implementatie zoals voorheen, i.e. Ftp to iO.
